You can book your flight to arrive in at any time on Day 1 as there are no tour arrangements confirmed on this day. Extra nights are available to add on for early arrivals.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

A small bag, a hat, sunscreen, 2 water bottles, towel, swimmers, toiletries, camera and sunglasses. Warm clothes for the winter and comfortable light fitting clothes for the summer.

DAY 1 ARRIVE AT AIRLIE BEACH

Welcome to your Whitsunday Sailing Adventure! Once you arrive in Airlie Beach, check into your hostel and get settled in before meeting with your guide and group for the week!

DAY 2 EXPLORE AIRLIE BEACH

Enjoy a day at your leisure in Airlie Beach before you embark on your journey. Check out some of the many local shops and restaurants in town, enjoy the abundance of lush greenery on a bush walk, or spend the day relaxing by the serene beaches in the area!

DAY 3 AIRLIE BEACH TO WHITSUNDAYS

Today we kick off our Whitsunday sailing experience! We’ll board the boat just after lunch, get you settled in & make our way to our first snorkelling spot for the afternoon where you’ll meet native Australian species up close! After a day of sailing and snorkelling around the Southern Great Barrier Reef, we’ll spend the evening relaxing on the boat with a freshly cooked dinner & drinks under a picture-perfect sunset.

DAY 4 HILL INLET & WHITSUNDAYS

In the morning, we’ll sail over to Hill Inlet, where you’ll jump off the boat for a quick bushwalk leading to an incredible view of the coast. Take in the spectacular views over swirling sand beaches and vibrant blue waters before heading down and relaxing on the beach for a few hours. After some quality beach time, we’ll re-board the boat and head over to another one of our favorite points in the reef to swim and snorkel. To conclude the day, we’ll prepare another delicious dinner for you while you relax on deck, watch a movie in the lounge or hang out with your new mates!

DAY 15 RETURN TO LAND & PARTY NIGHT

For our final day on deck, we’ll spend some time anchored for you to experience the beauty of the Whitsunday Islands one last time! Go snorkeling, shoot down the waterslide, or try stand-up paddle boarding before heading back to Airlie. You also have the option to go banana boating, jet boating, or scuba diving for a small additional fee. Once we disembark from our charter, we’ll head back to our accommodation and gear up for a post-sail party at our favourite bar in town!

DAY 6 ACTIVITY DAY

Make the most of your last day in Airlie Beach with a free day to do what you want! Head to the town and further explore all there is to offer with your new friends, discover a new beach, or lounge under the sun by the lagoon!

DAY 7 TOUR CONCLUDES

Our Whitsunday Sailing packages begin and end in Airlie Beach. Tours begin on Tuesday afternoon

Whether you’re travelling solo or with a mate, you’ll meet like-minded travellers from all over the world. Our Whitsunday Sailing Adventure is designed to help you make friends as soon as you begin! Most people travelling with us stay in touch with their friends from the group for the rest of their stay in Australia. Group sizes vary with each tour however you can expect to travel with an average of 15-30 others during your Whitsunday tour package!

WHERE WILL I BE STAYING?

You'll be staying in our luxurious 21-metre sailing schooner cabin for 2 nights, and at Nomads Hostel in Airlie Beach for the other four nights of the trip. All accommodation is 'shared' in Hostel settings. Upgrades to your pre and post-sail nights are available.

CAN I BOOK ANY EXTRAS WITH MY TRIP?

You will be able to add a scuba dive, JetBoating & Banana boating while you are on the boat - just remember to bring your wallet with you!

This tour caters for Vegetarians and customers who might be Gluten Free or Lactose free. Please advise any special food allergies, gluten free diet or dietary requirements when booking. We do recommend that you bring snacks on day 1 of the tour as we do not provide breakfast on day 1.

Please Note: Blackout periods do apply during Christmas/New Year and Public Holiday periods. A non refundable 3.5% booking processing fee applies to each booking.

Your deposit is always flexible and if you can no longer travel, you can save your deposit for a later trip or destination, or even gift it to a mate to use anytime in the future.
