NOOSA
Beautiful Noosa…. This popular beach town 2 hours north of Brisbane is popular for it’s National Parks and scenic views. A coastal trail is found north past the beaches of Noosa National Park and is home to koalas and fairy pools. South of the Noosa are the Everglades which you can explore by kayak.
MAGNETIC ISLAND
Get off the main track with a visit to Maggie Island, 8 kilometres offshore from the city of Townsville. Palm-fringed beaches, rock wallabies and koalas, hiking trails and snorkelling adventures are just a few of the things you’ll find on Magnetic Island, best explored with your own ‘Topless’ Car.

The iconic Great Barrier Reef is home to the breathtaking beauty of the world’s largest coral reef. This UNESCO heritage site made up of over 2,900 individual coral reefs is best accessed via Cairns.

Your Adventure:Â This is your adventure. You have created your own itinerary, so travel your way. Your itinerary can be flexible, and you can change certain aspects of your itinerary once your adventure has begun. Hop on and Hop off your buses and choose to stay longer at certain stops and add more extras and activities while you go! Our Travel Crew are available throughout your travels to assist with your travels and ensure your ULTIMATE adventure!
Start Dates:Â When using the Adventure Builder, select your preferred start date. Every itinerary is checked by our Travel Crew and will reconfirm that your travel dates to ensure transport aligns with your preferences. No buses on the day you want to travel? No worries, simply extend your stay in your location and wait for the next bus.
Transport:Â All transport to and from each location is provided by our bus travel partners. Based off the duration of your itinerary, travel on the bus network is unlimited. All transport includes WIFI, on board toilets, recliner seats and USB chargers. You can manage your own bus dates prior to the start of your journey online, giving you access to select your seats, change your transport days and more.
Included meals:Â Meals are not included in your price, unless specified otherwise. Check with our Travel Crew to discuss any dietary requirements or allergies that need to be advised to any local tour operators prior to the commencement of your travels. You should account for meals in your daily travel budget and spending.
Guides: Your customised itinerary is predominantly unguided.  Certain aspects of your itinerary may be guided. Eg – Whitsundays Sailing Adventures and Fraser Island Camping. Day trips may be fully or partially guided. Ultimate operate fully guided group tours between Sydney and Cairns all year. If you are looking for a guided group experience, find our more here.
Travel Mates:Â Solo Travel is a great experience and will give you the opportunity to meet as many people as you like! The East Coast is full of independent travellers, but if you want to find a travel mate prior to your adventure, join our East Coast travel community here.
Your Accommodation: Based off of your ‘Travel Style’ and selected East Coast stops, our travel crew will prepare your itinerary accordingly. Once confirmed, your accommodation can be changed or altered in line with the applicable terms and conditions of each accommodation provider. If you choose to amend your travel itinerary once you have started travelling, you must account for any potential additional fees that come with altering your accommodation. Find out more here by reading the booking policy.  If you decide to stay longer in a certain location, a change of future accommodation is required.
Local Levies/Taxes:Â Though we have made significant effort to book most of your arrangements, certain stops and activities require local payments. A $20 cash Insurance is to be paid to your Fraser Island tour operator and an optional $15 sleeping bag/linen hire is available on Fraser Island. You are also required to pay a $30 Great Barrier Reef levy if you book a Great Barrier Reef cruise trip.
